Innenwand:
Edelstahl AISI 304 (18/8) bestehend aus einer Chrom-/Nickel Legierung, welche korrosions- und hitzebeständig ist, und außerdem nicht rostet, auch bekannt als A2 Edelstahl. Lebensmittelecht und frei von Bisphenol A (BPA-frei). Leicht zu reinigen, hygienisch und sehr langlebig.
Luftschicht:
Luft besitzt keine Wärmeleitfähigkeit. Die Luft kann auch nicht zirkulieren, deshalb wirkt die Luftschicht als Dämmschicht mit einer extrem guten Dämmwirkung.
Außenwand:
Edelstahl AISI 201 bestehend aus einer Chrom-/Nickel-/Mangan-Legierung, ein ideales Oberflächenmaterial für die Pulverbeschichtung. Der Edelstahl liegt im Bereich des KHS Logos und der Beschriftung frei, und wird im Laufe der Zeit durch den hohen Mangananteil oxidieren bzw. dunkler werden.
Pulverbeschichtung:
Die Oberfläche der Flasche ist pulverbeschichtet. Die Schichtdicke liegt zwischen 90 und 120 μm, somit ist sie als sehr dick zu bezeichnen. Pulverbeschichtungen sind besonders robust und haltbar.
