If you are already interested in a very specific watch or item, it is probably fastest to reach your goal via our search. Of course, you are still warmly invited to browse in our shop. Just click through our product catalogs in the top menu bar, which you can find on all shop pages. There you will find at a glance the KHS model series available in our shop.

Our shop pages are designed so that items can be easily found. If you still cannot find a very specific item, simply use our search function, which you can find at the top right of every page. If you still have no success, please contact us via our contact form, because we are always happy to provide you with a free offer for the item you are looking for.

If you have problems with our online shop, please describe them to us via the contact form. Please describe the problem or error message as precisely as possible. We will then contact you immediately and try to resolve the problem.

1. Add the item you want to the shopping cart using the "Add to cart" button.

2. Via the shopping cart icon at the top right on every shop page, you can access the shopping cart. There you will see all the products you have selected for the order so far, the quantities, the prices, and the total price at the bottom right. Here you have the option to correct the desired quantities or delete individual items by setting the quantity to "0".

3. If your order is complete and the shopping cart contents are correct, click the "Checkout" button.

4. On the next page, you can log in directly to your KHS customer account (if already available), where your address data is stored. If you do not yet have a customer account with us, please enter your address data. Here you can decide whether to create a customer account with this order process or order as a guest. You also have the option to specify a different delivery address (e.g., for a gift to a different delivery address). If you have selected a different delivery address, additional input fields will be displayed for this. Please enter the necessary data there that we need to process your order. After you have filled in all the fields, please click the "Continue" button.

5. On the page that then appears, you can select the payment method as well as the shipping method. Then click the "Continue" button. 

6. On the last page, you will receive an overview of all the data of your order. If you want to change individual data, you can return to the corresponding page via the "change" button, where you can correct the data. At the very bottom, you will find the link to our terms and conditions customer information. If you agree with these, please activate the button next to this link with a click of the mouse. Then click the "Order with obligation to pay" button at the bottom right to complete the order.
