Shipping fees
If a shipment is made in multiple deliveries with standard shipping, we still charge you no additional costs.
Weekends and public holidays applicable in NRW are not considered when calculating the delivery date, as no goods are dispatched on these days. Therefore, express shipping cannot be considered for orders placed after 2 PM before a holiday or all day on the holiday itself.
For deliveries to countries outside the European Union, such as Switzerland or the U.S.A., any applicable taxes and customs duties must be borne by the customer.

Value Added Tax
All prices in the shop and invoice amounts for shipments to EU countries include 19% German VAT. This is also the default setting in the shop. Invoice amounts for shipments to non-EU countries do not include VAT. This tax exemption is therefore determined by the delivery address provided by the customer during the ordering process - if it is outside the EU, the invoice amount as well as all prices in the shop are calculated without VAT. The tax authority (customs office) of the destination country (the country outside the EU) is responsible for the country-specific taxation and customs clearance of the shipment.

Payment by credit card
You can pay securely with your credit card. Accepted are "VISA" and "MasterCard/Eurocard." Your credit card data is encrypted and checked for validity and creditworthiness under strict security measures. To increase the security of online transactions, Visa and MasterCard have developed the security procedures Verified by Visa and MasterCard SecureCode.
Payment via Klarna
With Klarna, you can pay flexibly. Depending on availability, you can choose purchase on account, installment payment, or instant transfer. The selection and processing take place directly via Klarna during the ordering process.
Payment via PayPal
You can pay conveniently and securely with PayPal. After completing the order, you will be redirected directly to PayPal, where you can log in with your PayPal account and make the payment.
Payment by credit card (via PayPal)
You can now also pay with your credit card via PayPal WITHOUT a PayPal user account. YOU DO NOT NEED TO REGISTER SEPARATELY WITH PAYPAL! Therefore, select "PayPal" as the payment method in the order form. Simply complete your order by clicking "Submit Order." We reserve the right to exclude certain payment methods on a case-by-case basis. Payment by sending cash or checks is possible, but we exclude any liability in case of loss. If any statement or provision on this page is or becomes invalid within the scope of other agreements, the validity of all other statements and provisions on this page shall remain unaffected. The contracting parties are obliged to agree on a regulation that comes as close as possible to the economic purpose instead of the invalid provision.
