These General Terms and Conditions apply to all contracts between us and our customers in the online shop, unless otherwise agreed or prescribed by law.

2 Contracting party

4 Conclusion of the contract

The product images in the online shop represent an invitation to submit a purchase offer. Individual products can be placed in the shopping basket by clicking on the "Shopping basket" button and removed again using the delete function. Input errors can be corrected at any time before completing the order process using the usual keyboard and mouse functions. By entering the personal data and clicking the button "order with obligation to pay" in the final step of the ordering process, a binding order is placed for the goods contained in the shopping basket.

Confirmation of receipt of the order is sent by email immediately after it has been sent. This does not constitute acceptance of the contract. Instead, the contract is accepted by sending an order confirmation by email or by delivering the goods within five days. If you do not receive the order confirmation or delivery of goods within five days, you are no longer bound by your order. Input errors can be recognised before the final submission of the offer by checking the summarised order overview and corrected after pressing the "Back" button of the browser on the previous page.

5 Prices and shipping costs

The prices stated on the product pages are final prices. They include statutory VAT and other price components.

The shipping costs are to be borne by you separately. The exact amount of the costs incurred will be displayed during the ordering process and can be found under the link "Shipping costs" in the shipping costs table.

Note: Weekends and public holidays in NRW are not taken into account when calculating the delivery date, as no goods are dispatched on these days. Express delivery can therefore not be taken into account for orders placed before a public holiday after 3 pm or all day on the public holiday itself.


6. payment methods

You have the following payment options:

For the payment methods bank transfer, bank transfer via PayPal, payment is due immediately after conclusion of the contract. After receipt of the purchase price, the items will be delivered to the customer.

If you pay via PayPal, credit card or direct debit, your account will be debited after conclusion of the contract.

An additional fee of EUR 5.00 will be charged for payment by cash on delivery. This is due when the purchased item is handed over to you or a person authorised to represent you and must be paid to the shipping company together with the purchase price.

7 Delivery, delivery conditions

Delivery shall be made by dispatch to the delivery address specified by you.

8 Transport damage

If an item is delivered to you that shows obvious transport damage, please complain about this immediately to the deliverer and inform us. If you do not do this, it has no consequences for your statutory warranty rights; this merely serves to make it easier for us to enforce any claims against the transport company.

9. storage of the contract text

We store the order data and the text of the contract. When the order is finalised, the contract text is no longer accessible via the Internet for security reasons. You can use the print function of your browser to save the text yourself. You can view the terms and conditions at any time on this page. After completing the order, the order data and the GTC including the cancellation policy and the cancellation form will be sent to you by email.

10 Warranty/guarantee

The warranty is provided within the framework of the statutory provisions for a period of 24 months / 2 years from the date of purchase. We grant an additional guarantee on our KHS tungsten carbide rings. KHS tungsten carbide rings are guaranteed for 25 years against scratching of the tungsten carbide. However, this guarantee does not apply to the black IP coating due to wear.

You can make use of our service at any time in the event of defects in KHS products. Our service can be carried out within the statutory warranty period.

11. final provisions

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply. The provisions of the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods shall not apply. This choice of law shall only apply to consumers insofar as it does not deprive them of more favourable provisions of the law of the country in which they have their habitual residence. The contract language is German.

Should a provision of these General Terms and Conditions be invalid, the remainder of the contract shall remain valid. The relevant statutory provisions shall apply in place of the invalid provision.
