VAT
All prices in the shop and invoice amounts for shipments to EU countries include 19% German VAT. This is also the default setting in the shop. Invoice amounts for shipments to non-EU countries do not include VAT. Thus, the delivery address provided by the customer during the ordering process determines this tax exemption - if it is outside the EU, the invoice amount as well as all prices in the shop are calculated without VAT. The tax office (customs office) of the destination country (country outside the EU) is responsible for country-specific taxation and customs clearance of the shipment.
Payment
You can currently pay for your order as follows:
Payment in advance
Please transfer the invoice amount to our bank account and indicate your name and the order ID (order number) on the transfer. Upon receipt of payment, we will promptly deliver the goods to you. You will find our bank details in your order confirmation, which you will automatically receive via email from us after placing your order.
Payment by credit card (via PayPal)
You can now pay with your credit card via PayPal without a PayPal account. YOU DO NOT NEED TO SIGN UP WITH PAYPAL SEPARATELY! Therefore, select "PayPal" as the payment method in the order form. Simply complete your order by clicking "Send Order". On the next page, you can then make the payment with your credit card via PayPal. PayPal accepts credit cards from "VISA", "MasterCard/Eurocard". Your credit card information will be encrypted and checked for validity and creditworthiness under strict security measures. To enhance the security of online transactions, Visa and MasterCard have developed the security procedures Verified by Visa and MasterCard SecureCode.
Payment by cash on delivery
Cash on delivery is a collection procedure. This means: Your "cash on delivery" package will only be delivered to you if you pay the cash on delivery amount (= the invoice amount) upon delivery of the package! For orders by cash on delivery, we charge a flat cash on delivery fee of currently 5.00 EUR.
Notes and Severability Clause
We reserve the right to exclude certain payment methods in individual cases. Although payment by sending cash or checks is possible, we exclude any liability for loss in this regard. If any provision or determination on this page is or becomes ineffective as part of other agreements, the effectiveness of all other provisions and determinations on this page shall not be affected thereby. The contracting parties are obliged to replace the ineffective provision with a provision that comes as close as possible to the economic purpose.

The delivery time within Germany is usually 1 - 3 days, unless otherwise stated. For deliveries within the EU, the delivery time increases by 2 days, for deliveries worldwide by 4 days.
The period for calculating the delivery date begins when paying in advance/bank transfer on the day on which you have instructed payment. For all other payment methods, the deadline begins on the day you sent the order. If the last day of the calculated delivery period falls on a Sunday or public holiday, the period is extended to the following working day.

Die KHS Trinkflasche ist lebebensmittelecht, BPA-frei und mit dem mehrschaligen Wandsystem COHOTHERM® (COLD / HOT THERMAL INSULATION) ausgestattet, so dass Getränke lange und schadstoffrei in der gewünschten Temperatur aufbewahrt werden können. So ist die KHS Trinkflasche mit einer Auswahl von 4 unterschiedlichen Verschlusskappen das ideale Aufbewahrungsbehältnis für heiße und kalte Getränke aller Art.
Alle original KHS Drehdeckel besitzen eine perfekte Passgenauigkeit für alle KHS Trinkflaschen sowie eine hohe Langlebigkeit. Der praktische Dreh-/Kippverschluss kann zum Trinken einfach geöffnet werden und danach durch das innenliegende Drehgewinde absolut sicher verschlossen werden. Dieses innenliegende Gewinde gewährleistet zudem einen sehr hohen Trinkkomfort, da keine Berührung beim Trinken mit dem Gewinde zustande kommt. Der Tragbügel dient zudem zur Befestigung der KHS Trinkflasche an beliebige Aufhängungen.
