How do I navigate here the fastest?
If you already are interested in a specific watch or article, it is best to use our search tool. Of course, you are still welcome to browse our store. Simply click through our product catalogs in the top menu bar, which can be found on all store pages. There you will find in one look glance all models in the KHS-series.
How do I find a specific article I want?
Our shop pages are designed so that products can be easily found. If you still find that a very specific product cannot be found, simply use our search function, which you can find easily in the upper right corner. If you still have no success, please contact us via our contact, because we will be always be happy to send information about article you are looking for.
I have problems with your Online Shop (errors)!
If you have problems with our online shop, please tell us about it using the contact form. Please describe the problem or the error message exactly as possible. We will then contact you and try to resolve the issue.
How does your ordering process work?
1. Place the item you want using the button "Add to cart" Add to cart.
2. The shopping cart iconat the top right of every page takes you to your shopping basket. There you will see all previously selected items by you, the number of units, the prices and the lower right part of product total price. Here you have the ability to correct or delete individual items when you set the number to "0", in the desired quantities.
3. If your order is complete and the cart content is correct, click on the button "Checkout".
4. On the next page you can log in directly to your KHS-Account (if already available), where your address data are stored. If you do not have an account with us, please enter in your address data. Here you can decide whether you want to create an account, or order as a guest with this ordering process. Here you have the option to specify a different delivery address (eg a gift to a different delivery address. If you have selected a different delivery address, you will find it displayed more fields. Once there, please enter all the required data, which we need for the processing of your order. Once you have completed all the fields, please click on the "Next" button.
5. On the next page that appears, you can choose the payment and delivery method. Then click the "Next" button.
6. On the final page you will receive an overview of all data on your order. If you want to change individual data at this point, you can here by clicking on "Edit" to return to the appropriate page, here you can correct the data. At the bottom you will find the link to our terms and conditions customers’ information. You will have to agree to these conditions, select the button next to this link with a click of the mouse. Then click "binding order" at the bottom right on the button to finish the order.
